For $199, you’ll receive a complete training and education program that prepares you for a Sprint or Olympic-distance triathlon—with expert coaching, practical guidance, and a welcoming community every step of the way.

Your Intro 2 TRI experience includes:

A structured training plan tailored for new triathletes

Weekly education sessions covering:

• Gear selection and transition setup

• Flat tire repair and bike basics

• Nutrition and hydration strategies

• Open water swimming and wetsuit guidance

• Race rules, pacing, mindset, and more
