This page IS IN THE WORKS
It’s Supposed To Be Hard
You're not seeing things. We give you more for riding 50 miles on a true New England course than most races give you for winning. Why? Because this race is hard, that's why. Oh, and the prizes are insane if you should so happen to do well at this thing. What better way to finish off the local marathon racing season?
Field Limits and Registration
The field limit is 300 racers total. We could fit more but we don't want to, so deal with it. We also do not have the staff or the patience to deal with day-of registrations this year, so plan for that.
Courses
This loop is what we've landed on over the years as being the most balanced and most fun, which means 50 milers get 2 laps, which also means more stops at Feed Zones and better accountability for us. It means hitting the same technical sections 2 times, but also it means hitting the nice fire road sections 2 times. Know you'll enjoy it because the first year we did it was our biggest and most well reviewed. Not like you have a choice!
This course makes it possible to have a 25 mile which we're stoked about. You deserve the full course at least once.
Sometimes it always changes to something kinda totally different:
Swag & Prizes
50 Milers race for $500 purse to overall Men and Women will pay 5 deep. $150, 125, 100, 75, 50
Feed Zones
All Feed Zones will be well stocked with Skratch and other goodies you hit them twice per lap!
Food
You're going to be hungry regardless of which race that you signed up for, so we are working on a food truck or maybe we will have our own cookout for you.
50 Mile Time Limit
All racers must finish in 7 hours. Riders who have not completed their first lap by 12:10 pm will be pulled from the course and not allowed to start their second lap.
