Lucky Dog 5K is all about Running (or Walking) and supporting amazing animal shelters!

Join us on Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at 8:30am CST for an exciting "Lucky Dog Themed" event that features the scenic views of Busse Woods in Schaumburg, IL!

This race is a sure thing for a great doggy good time! This race is timed and scored by J3 Timing. Results will be posted at www.J3Timing.com.

Can I Run with My Pet(s)? Absolutely! We are running to support pets, pet lovers, and animal charities! So you can run or walk with or without your pet(s)! Please note that your registration includes (1) Dog Medal. If you are bringing more that one dog with you to run/walk and would like an additional Medal, please purchase one while registering.

Is registration required for Dogs? No. Dogs are welcome to participate in the 5k and are not required to sign up.

The Epic Shamrock Beer Run 5k is back for another year of Beer Drinking! Like Running or Walking? Love awesome craft beer? This event is for you! Due to the popularity of this event, we have multiple wave start times between 11am-1pm (you'll pick your wave time during signup)

Enjoy a pint of your favorite beer after your 5K!!! Better yet, enjoy a pint before the 5K... Cheers to Drinking Beer!!!

This is a 21+ event only. No strollers, no kids, no one under 21 admitted.

*NEW THIS YEAR: Due to restrictions by the forest preserve, there will be no beer samples along the route this year. We will have a mini beer garden set up near the finish line and you will still be able to sample beers from all 5 craft breweries at the finish line, and participants still receive a pint of beer from their favorite brewer.
