2 running, cycling, swimming, and other events in Chillicothe, Illinois

A twist on the original. Our Indoor Triathlon boasts the same events as a traditional triathlon; swim, bike, and run. Instead of a fixed distance for each event, our event is how far you can cover during a fixed duration of time.

Starting off the race is a 10-minute swim followed by a 10-minute transition to our Indoor ICG cycling bikes. Next is a 20-minute cycling session followed by a 5-minute transition to our treadmills. Wrapping up the event is a 15-minute run on the treadmill. A winner for each age group will be determined by who covers the greatest distance during the event.

Awards and refreshments will be provided afterward.
