The RipRoar Youth Triathlon Series welcomes athletes ages 6-15 years old, as of December 31, 2026, of all backgrounds and abilities to complete a course of swimming, biking, and running at age-appropriate distances.

Run, Walk, and Roll: Women of the ELCA 5K for Raising up Healthy Women and Girls
The Women of the ELCA Triennial Gathering takes place every three years and gathers 1000 women leaders, participants, and newcomers for four days of worship, inspiring speakers, workshops, service projects, and more! The theme for the 2026 Triennial Gathering is "I am Worthy" focusing on Psalm 139:14 “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:14
The 5K Run, Walk and Roll is a fundraiser to support the work of the Women of the ELCA health initiative, Raising Up Healthy Women and Girls.

Join us for the Clive Running Festival, July 18, 2026. Please consider coming out and participating with your family on this scenic course that takes you on the beautiful Clive Greenbelt Trail. With a 5K, 1 mile run and the Kids Trot mini races (50 meters up to 400 meters), there is an event for all members of the family. This popular trail is used year-round by runners, walkers, and bicyclists. Proceeds from the race are used for trail improvements such as the new drinking fountains which were installed from past races and the annual maintenance on the trail. Your participation in the Clive Running Festival directly benefits all who love and enjoy the use of this wonderful asset.

Online registration closes Friday, July 31st. DAY OF REGISTRATION MUST BE DONE BY 7:40 AM ON RACE DAY!
Awards/Prizes:
Final times will be posted on the Panorama Days website (PANORACHAMBER.ORG) the following week. 1st and 2nd place will receive prizes for their winnings. Participants will receive a thank you for supporting our race, please pick up prior to the race at the registration table. Prizes will be guaranteed to pre-registered participants only!
The Adel Sweet Corn 5K run/walk is hosted the second Saturday in August and takes place in Adel along the parade route in front of hundreds of spectators. Join us for this challenging 5K around beautiful Adel.
Award Ceremony at 8:30AM at Start/Finish line. Medals are awarded for the top 3 finishes in both men's and women's categories. The top 2 men's and top 2 women's in age categories also receive medals.

This beloved farm truly captures the essence of fall with vibrant flower fields, classic hayrides, delicious apple treats, and a pumpkin patch. Deal's Orchard is well-known for their award-winning sweet cider and they offer over 10 flavors of Hard Cider, all crafted from apples hand-picked in their very own orchards. Whether you're looking to run, walk, or simply enjoy the cider and camaraderie, this race promises a great time and an incredible experience! This race is timed and scored by J3 Timing. The Iowa Trail Run Series is not about spending a bunch of cash for no reason. You'll get a great race with clear marking and course support, with basic timing, a cool custom bib, and a rotating race item such as a BUFF, socks, a stocking cap, coffee mug, and aluminum water bottle. Signing up for the entire series includes a series gift! Do you want a really soft and comfy tri-blend shirt with one of our Animal Icons? Great! Add one during your registration. We know some people have enough stuff in their closet and others may want to commemorate the day! Plenty of post-race food to refuel! Games!
WWY 5K (no one walks alone) is a family-friendly event complete with a 5K Walk/Run, a Kid's 1/2 mile run, coffee, food, face painting, and more! This event is hosted by Walk With You, a nonprofit organization that exists to walk with families as they experience the loss of a child. All money raised will be used to further our mission.
Prostate Cancer Awareness of Central Iowa is proud to present its fourth run/walk event. 100% of all proceeds stay right here in Iowa to help Iowans affected by prostate cancer. Since our inaugural event, we have donated back nearly $270,000 to the Iowa prostate cancer community. With your help, we can help even more Iowa men and their families. On Sunday September 27, 2026, the city of Des Moines will host the Midwest Greater DSM Half Marathon Series (formerly the HyVee Half Marathon) again with a co-ed format. Each event will offer a Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and our popular Kids One Mile Fun Run for our youngest competitors. Starting and finishing just steps from the Polk County Courthouse on Court Avenue in the heart of downtown Des Moines, Iowa!
Returning for 2026: Each Half Marathon, 10K, 5K event produced by Premier Event Management will again offer an exciting youth event in each market. The Kids One Mile Fun Run will start and finish from our main finish line structure making the Kids event something extra special on race morning. Children from ages 5 to 15 are encouraged to join mom and/or dad on race morning to begin a lifelong lifestyle change at Kids One Mile Fun Run!
