*Online registration for the 5K will close at 11:00am on Friday, 3/6, allowing us to get timing chips prepared. (Virtual will remain open until race morning, but this is only for those competing virtually. No time chips are given to virtual runners.)

*Early Packet Pickup: Friday, 3/6 3-6PM at Deep Roots Wine Market and Tasting Room, 1055 Canton Street, Suite 1000, Roswell.

*In Person Registration WILL BE AVAILABLE at early packet pickup and race morning. Payment options: Venmo, Zelle, Check, Cash (EXACT CHANGE ONLY) IN-PERSON REGISTRATION IS $35

*Lines tend to be long race morning, so plan accordingly. Race begins promptly at 8am.

The Max Gruver Foundation believes there is no place for hazing in any organization. The purpose is to educate young people and parents about the dangers of hazing, the signs of hazing, and the importance of stepping up and helping when a situation appears to be getting out of control.

The Max Gruver Foundation, based in Roswell, Georgia, is a 501(c)3 organization founded in 2017 following the death of Roswell teen Max Gruver. Max was killed in a fraternity hazing ritual during his first semester at Louisiana State University. Since that tragic day, his parents, Rae Ann and Steve Gruver, have worked tirelessly to fight hazing in organizations across the country. They regularly speak at universities and high schools, work with Greek leadership nationwide, and with legislators to create stronger laws against hazing. Their work has made tremendous changes, and will continue to do so.

Participants can expect a high energy, fun morning with a mostly flat loop course. Runners and walkers of all levels are encouraged to participate.

Do you like to run or walk? Do you love to drink beer and think St Patrick's Day should be a week-long national holiday? Then we have the event for you! The Running of the Leprechauns 5K in Roswell GA. The run starts downhill out of Riverside Park then heads down Riverside drive along the Chattahoochee River. This is a FAST 5k course with an out and back format. Looking for a 5k PR ? This is your course !! This race is a Certified PEACHTREE ROAD RACE Qualifier

Running of the Leprechauns is raising money to support END HT NOW who is fighting Human Trafficking locally and across the globe ! Please consider donating as we try to meet our END HT NOW fundraising goals !!

Race giveaways for all participants include a commemorative short-sleeved blend shirt , AND a After Party at Gate City Brewing !! Awards ceremony will take place at the finish line and then head over to Gate City Brewing for the post race celebrations on Canton street in Downtown Roswell where every participant 21+ will receive a total of 2 free beers Be a part of history that has become an annual St. Paddy’s day tradition in Roswell! We are stroller friendly too!

Early Packet Pickup - Mandatory

NO Race Day Packet Pickup

Due to the size of the race we are requesting runners to pick up packets ( race number - shirt - ) at convenient pick up locations on the 13th. Runners can pick up multiple packets for friends and family. The size of the race and items to be given will make a race day packet pick up very difficult for our volunteers and runners so we are making a mandatory early pick up so that race day will go smoothly for all. We do understand some will not be able to make this and we ask that you reach out to us. We will approve race day pick up on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding

Supporting Special Olympics Georgia and William's House.

This 5K event is produced by the St. Peter Chanel Knights of Columbus Council 13217 of Roswell, GA.

The event is presented for the benefit of the Special Olympics Georgia, a non-profit organization dedicated to offering training and competition for people with intellectual disabilities, and William's House, empowering fathers in recovery to achieve self-sufficiency and attain housing and financial sustainability.

The event is on the St Peter Chanel campus, at the Blessed Trinity High School Lacrosse field.

The 48th Annual Possum Trot 10K and Fun Run will have a virtual and in-person registration option. The in-person race is a Fun, Flat and FAST course along the banks of the Chattahoochee River! The race is an important Community event for CNC and the proceeds benefit environmental education programs focused on the Chattahoochee River and watershed. This 10K is also a Peachtree road race qualifier!
