We love our furry friends. However, due to race permitting and insurance, dogs and other animals are prohibited at our race unless it is an ADA service animal. If you bring your pup and they are not an ADA service animal, we will kindly ask you to leave the race site and take your fur baby home.

The Annual Superhero Run is a fun, family-friendly 5K run/walk that brings our community together to support local foster children in need. Hosted by Friends of Children of Brevard, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, this event raises vital funds to help abused, abandoned, and neglected children right here in Brevard County. Every step you take makes a difference in a child’s life.

Brevard Zoo's Wild Watermelon 3k is a family-friendly event and great way to kick off your summer!
Runners and walkers of all ages will traverse a course through the Zoo passing animals, their habitats and native plants along the way.
The event features a post-race watermelon feast, with slices of fresh, chilled watermelon courtesy of our presenting partner, the Florida Watermelon Association!
The run is set for a 7:30 a.m. start on June 20, 2026.
A water/Gatorade station is along the route and at our start and finish line areas.
Prizes will be awarded to the Top 10 overall male and female finishers, and ALL finishers will receive a beautiful watermelon-themed medal and commemorative running hat.
Race shirts will be available for purchase for $20 each online prior to the event.

Brevard Zoo's 2nd Annual Wild Turkey Trot 3k is a family-friendly event and great way to kick off your Thanksgiving day!
Runners and walkers of all ages will traverse a course through the Zoo passing animals, their habitats and native plants along the way.
The run is set for a 7:30 a.m. start on November 26, 2026.
Registered runners get 50% off admission on Thanksgiving weekend by showing their race bib at the Zoo's main service window.
Note that Brevard Zoo is closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Located in Melbourne on Florida’s Space Coast, between Miami and Jacksonville, east of Orlando and Tampa, the Florida Marathon and 1/2 Marathon makes for a perfect warm winter running destination for runners of all ages and levels. It is held a month after the Disney Marathon. Like a Rock-n-Roll marathon, our event includes up to 12 musical acts along the course of the half and full marathon and half a dozen on the routes of the Sunshine State Lager 10k & 5k.
It is a walker event with a 5 hour time limit for the event.
