Black Gold Jubilee 5k & 10k run

Welcome to the 2025 Black Gold 5k/10k!

Enjoy the beautiful views of Belle Glade by running the Black Gold Jubilee 5k/10k. The course will start at the Drawbridge cafe parking lot and wind through the golf course and up to the Herbert Hoover dike for a one of a kind running experience.

Race registration opens promptly at 7:00am. 10k trail run starts at 7:45

Medals and Awards

Medals will be awarded to the first three finishers of their respective age groups

under 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over

Largest team wins a trophy. We will have a team count at the finish line.

Fees

Before March 24th: $25 for 5k, $35 for 10k trail run

March 24-April 12th: $30 for 5k, $40 for 10k

What is 5KX?

The 5K for the HYBRID athlete. We combine running intervals and functional fitness stations on a standardized race course.

• 5 Rounds: 1 Rope Climb + 10 Wall Balls (30/20, 20/14, 14/10)

• 800m Run

• 5 Rounds: 1 Wall Hurdle + 5 DB Thrusters (50/30, 30/20, 20/10)

• 800m Run

• 5 Rounds: 1 SLED Push-Pull + 5 Pull Up-Burpees

• 800m Run

• 5 Rounds: 1 Sandbag Pick Up (150/100, 100/75, 75/50) + 20m Sandbag Carry
