Details: The CELEBRATE LIFE RUN will begin and end at Believe Ranch and Rescue where Siri and Bek rescue abused, neglected and slaughter bound horses.
You'll be able to meet Siri, Bek and their beautiful rescue horses! Enjoy horse rides, local artisan pop ups with coffee, baked goods, wine & spirits, arts and crafts!

WHAT'S THE BUZZ?
The Buzz Marathon is a Boston qualifying race, hosted at Camp Roberts California National Guard Installation. This annual event includes; A full marathon, half-marathon, 10K, 5k, and a kids 1-mile run. Proceeds of this event help fund the Paso Robles Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) with their mission of supporting Veterans and veteran services. The VFW provides services to support the wellbeing of Veterans and their families. The goal of the VFW is to connect veterans to resources, support them with VA Claim connections through the VA, and continue to build comraderies.

CAMP ROBERTS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Runners will start at the heart of the Camp Roberts instillation, heading northeast through diverse terrain and varying elevations. Along the way, participants will take in breathtaking scenic views, with chances to spot local wildlife such as elk, deer, and the elusive kit fox.
The course also offers a unique blend of natural beauty and history, featuring glimpses of California wildflowers and historic military landmarks that highlight the rich heritage of Camp Roberts.
AID STATIONS
Aid stations are positioned approximately every two miles, with additional placements at key turns to help guide runners along the correct route.

Each station is stocked with water, Powerade, bananas, oranges, energy gels, and latrines.
PARKING
Parking on Convoy Parking Lot on California Blvd and Montana Blvd. Short walk to the start/finish line.
AWARDS
All participants will receive a T-shirt and a finisher medal. Awards ceremony will be held at noon, where we’ll present a plaque to the overall first-place male and female in each race.
PACKET PICKUP
The Camp Roberts MWR will be hosting packet pickup at the Phoenix Recreation Center (Building 6083), located approximately 75 yards from the Start/Finish line at the corner of Arizona and California Blvd.

Rabbit Run is a flat and fast course along a dedicated run/bike path. The course runs along the beautiful Maria Ygnacio Creek and Obern Bike Paths which are paved with no vehicle traffic. Free parking is available along Gwyne Ave. Packet Pickup is located near the Start Line (865 Gwyne Ave, Santa Barbara) from 7-9 AM on race morning. The 10K starts at 9:00 AM, 5K at 9:10 AM, and the Kid's 1-mile (Family Fun Run, non-competitive) at 10:00 AM. Water Stations will be placed at approximately every 1.5 mile mark. There will be plenty of "nutrition" after the race. The Awards Ceremony is also near the Start Line at 10:30AM. Awards are issued to the top 3 runners in both the Men's and Women's categories for all Age Groups in 5-year increments for both the 5K and 10K.

Join us on Saturday, July 18, 2026, for the 56th annual Brian Waterbury Memorial Rock to Pier Fun Run and the 12th annual Rock’n Around the Pier Half Marathon, starting at 8:00 AM.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Central Coast, both events begin at Morro Rock and take runners along the shoreline for an unforgettable beach-running experience.
Event Options
Rock to Pier Fun Run (6 miles)
Run from Morro Rock to the iconic Cayucos Pier, finishing right at the pier. This beach run is open to all ages and abilities—perfect for seasoned runners and first-timers alike.
Rock’n Around the Pier Half Marathon
A challenging and scenic out-and-back course starting at Morro Rock, heading to the Cayucos Pier, and returning south. At mile 10.5, runners will detour through Cloisters Park before finishing back at Morro Rock.
Course closes at 12:00 PM.
