Teen Challenge Springboard is a residential home for girls 12-17. Our 4-6 month faith-based program focuses on holistic healing for our students and their families.

Our 5k will be a Fun Run where you can either walk or run. This is a great event for families who want to involve their kids while also supporting a local non-profit! Following the race, there will be a short presentation of who we are and some current students' testimonies. Food will be provided during this time as well.

We are including a theme this year! A run inspired by John 4:14 – Spring up! “Living water that never runs dry.” We want to emphasize the truth that the Lord is our ultimate living water, and we will never run dry when we run to Him for our satisfaction. So, with this, please note that we will have water elements throughout the event!

Sign up today and be a part of transforming the life of a teen girl in need!

FitKidz Running Club will meet at Himmel Park every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00-6:00pm starting March 24th and ending April 16th, 2026 on Soccer Field 'A' (Soccer Field Closest to Himmel Library).

The FitKidz Running Club is FREE and will promote and highlight improved skills over a 4-week period, focusing on progress over performance and enjoyment over competition. The kids will start out running intervals of 200 meters and grow the distance each week, culminating in a mile fun run. Each 60-minute session will start with a warm-up, followed by a running activity, a running game, and ending with a short nutrition or other educational activity. If this sounds just right for your little runner ages 5-12, join us for some running fun!

All FitKidz club volunteers must complete Abuse Awareness and Reporting Training at https://rrcanational.getlearnworlds.com/course/abuse-awareness-training. This training is mandated by Federal law and protects our FitKidz runners. Once you have completed the training, email your completion certificate to: [email protected]. The Abuse Awareness and Reporting training site is sponsored by the Roadrunners Club of America (RRCA). If you have completed this training previously, you do not need to complete the training in 2026.
