2026 Brinkley Official Meet-Up Lottery
Due to the incredible excitement around Brinkley Meet-Ups, we’re trying out a lottery system for our 2026 events to keep things fair and fun for everyone!
How the Lottery Works
-
You may enter the lottery any time through January 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. (The time of day that you enter does not affect your chances!)
-
You only need to select (1) Family registration – if you are selected from the lottery, you will be asked for information for each person in your party after selection/successful payment. Please use the head of household to complete the initial lottery registration.
-
You may enter only ONE (1) 2026 Meet-Up Lottery — please choose either Fort Lauderdale or Flagstaff.
-
To keep things fair, anyone who attempts to enter both lotteries will be removed from both lotteries.
Registration & Payment
-
Registration will be collected through RunSignUp / TicketSignUp.
-
You will only be charged if you are selected in the lottery.
Lottery Drawing & Selection
-
The lottery will be drawn on January 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
-
Winners will be drawn and notified by the end of the day January 23, 2026. If you’re selected, your card on file will be charged for the Brinkley Meet-Up registration ticket — that successful charge is your initial confirmation. Between January 26th and January 30th, the resort will contact you to book your campsite. Please do not contact the resort directly about booking your campsite.
A Few Helpful Notes
-
Changed your mind? No problem! You may remove yourself from the lottery up until January 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST by contacting us by email [email protected]
-
If your card doesn’t go through:
-
We’ll retry the payment for 24 hours
-
You’ll receive an email to update your payment info
-
If payment isn’t completed within 24 hours, the spot will be offered to another lottery participant
Keeping It Fair
- This is a true lottery, meaning:
-
Every family has the same chance of being selected
-
There are no ways to boost your odds
We truly appreciate your excitement, patience, and understanding — and we can’t wait to see you on the road in 2026!

Climb To End Cancer is more than a hike, it’s a volunteer-led campaign that unites the Flagstaff community to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. It’s a powerful journey honoring loved ones impacted by cancer and raising critical funds to save lives. As the American Cancer Society’s signature event in Northern Arizona, this campaign powerfully illustrates how small steps—taken together—can lead to big change. ACS is determined to ensure no one in Northern Arizona touched by cancer has to walk alone at any point on their cancer journey.

3/10/2026 Update: 129 Registered: 30K - 30; 18K - 45; 10K - 49; Kids' Dash - 5)
LEARN ABOUT BEING A BIG HERE!
Welcome to registration for the 27th running of the Soulstice Mountain Jackie Weintraub Memorial Trail Run on October 10th, 2026 (or October 11th if the weather is too severe on race day). The Soulstice Mountain Trail Run is organized by volunteers, including the unpaid race director, from Northern Arizona Trail Runners Association (NATRA LLC). As a result, 100% of the race proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff youth mentoring programs. Founded at the Soulstice post-race party in 2001, NATRA’s mission is to promote trail running in Northern Arizona to folks of all abilities. We organize group runs of 5 to 8 miles, rotating a mix of over 75 different trails on Saturday mornings. You can join our free lifetime membership here, which includes our twice-monthly newsletter.
Soulstice early bird registration opens at 6 PM on New Year's Eve and remains available through January 7th at $70 for any race (you can switch races at any time by going to your RunSignUp profile and transfer to another distance at no charge). After that, the fee will be $80 for the 10K, 18K, or 30K distance.
If we exceed our 200-runner Forest Service permit limit by April 30th, we will implement a lottery. All legacy runners registered before April 30th are guaranteed entry. You can view the list of 150 legacy runners here. Otherwise, Soulstice registration will stay open on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach our limit.
You can also guarantee your entry before April 15th, and run the race for FREE by donating one of your Arizona Charitable Tax Credits to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff (See details below).
