LEARN ABOUT BEING A BIG HERE!

Welcome to registration for the 27th running of the Soulstice Mountain Jackie Weintraub Memorial Trail Run on October 10th, 2026 (or October 11th if the weather is too severe on race day). The Soulstice Mountain Trail Run is organized by volunteers, including the unpaid race director, from Northern Arizona Trail Runners Association (NATRA LLC). As a result, 100% of the race proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff youth mentoring programs. Founded at the Soulstice post-race party in 2001, NATRA’s mission is to promote trail running in Northern Arizona to folks of all abilities. We organize group runs of 5 to 8 miles, rotating a mix of over 75 different trails on Saturday mornings. You can join our free lifetime membership here, which includes our twice-monthly newsletter.

Soulstice early bird registration opens at 6 PM on New Year's Eve and remains available through January 7th at $70 for any race (you can switch races at any time by going to your RunSignUp profile and transfer to another distance at no charge). After that, the fee will be $80 for the 10K, 18K, or 30K distance.

If we exceed our 200-runner Forest Service permit limit by April 30th, we will implement a lottery. All legacy runners registered before April 30th are guaranteed entry. You can view the list of 150 legacy runners here. Otherwise, Soulstice registration will stay open on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach our limit.

You can also guarantee your entry before April 15th, and run the race for FREE by donating one of your Arizona Charitable Tax Credits to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff (See details below).

Learn more about our 30K course here!

This annual event aims to unite runners throughout the world once a year while supporting our beloved Hopi people. We are excited to bring this fundraiser run to the wonderful pines of Flagstaff, AZ for a Sixth year! We're stoked to invite you to enter the lottery for Meet-Up #004!

We like to keep things different at Brinkley - which means, you're in for a bit of ride if you win the lottery. We LOVE to surprise & delight our customers, so while we don't have many details to reveal about WHAT will take place during the Meet-Up, just know - it will be EPIC.

What does your Meet-Up registration include?

    • An awesome Brinkley Welcome Bag - complete with exclusive event merch for each of your family members!

    • Brinkley Social Hour + Dinner

    • Daily Coffee & Light Bites

    • Authentic Flagstaff/Mountain activities and excursions - more info to come!

    • We will have 1 major outing planned per day Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

    • There will also be several activities that take place on-site at the Campground (think live music, food trucks, etc.)

    • These outings are all included in your registration fee - we welcome people to attend all events hosted!

    • Owners' Q & A with Micah, Ryan, Nate, Brinkley Sales Team and Product Directors!

    2026 Brinkley Official Meet-Up Lottery

Due to the incredible excitement around Brinkley Meet-Ups, we’re trying out a lottery system for our 2026 events to keep things fair and fun for everyone!

    How the Lottery Works

    • You may enter the lottery any time through January 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. (The time of day that you enter does not affect your chances!)

    • You only need to select (1) Family registration – if you are selected from the lottery, you will be asked for information for each person in your party after selection/successful payment. Please use the head of household to complete the initial lottery registration.

    • You may enter only ONE (1) 2026 Meet-Up Lottery — please choose either Fort Lauderdale or Flagstaff.

    • To keep things fair, anyone who attempts to enter both lotteries will be removed from both lotteries.

    Registration & Payment

    • Registration will be collected through RunSignUp / TicketSignUp.

    • You will only be charged if you are selected in the lottery.

    Lottery Drawing & Selection

    • The lottery will be drawn on January 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.

    • Winners will be drawn and notified by the end of the day January 23, 2026. If you’re selected, your card on file will be charged for the Brinkley Meet-Up registration ticket — that successful charge is your initial confirmation. Between January 26th and January 30th, the resort will contact you to book your campsite. Please do not contact the resort directly about booking your campsite.

    A Few Helpful Notes

    • Changed your mind? No problem! You may remove yourself from the lottery up until January 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST by contacting us by email meetups@brinkleyrv.com

    • If your card doesn’t go through:

    • We’ll retry the payment for 24 hours

    • You’ll receive an email to update your payment info

    • If payment isn’t completed within 24 hours, the spot will be offered to another lottery participant

    Keeping It Fair

    • This is a true lottery, meaning:
    • Every family has the same chance of being selected

    • There are no ways to boost your odds

We truly appreciate your excitement, patience, and understanding — and we can’t wait to see you on the road in 2026!

PARTNER RACE: OCTOBER 10th SOULSTICE MOUNTAIN TRAIL RUN 30K/18K/10K

On August 8th, join Flagstaff's oldest race, and the 2nd oldest half marathon in Arizona sponsored by Kinney Construction Services! This year we are hosting our 49th annual race on our challenging and breathtakingly beautiful course. All half marathon participants will get a commemorative finisher's medal similar to last year's popular design. Both 5k or half participants will receive a $34 Sweatvac Hi-Tech colorful long-sleeved shirt, free digital race photos, and admission to the FREE August 7th Fratelli's pre-race pizza party located in their Party Room directly behind their 4th Street restaurant (2120 N Fourth Street). Kid's Dash participants will get a medal. See photos and the last year's race!

The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff Half Marathon and 5K are walker-friendly events! Those who would like to take their time on our beautiful but challenging half-marathon course, there is a 6 AM start. While you will receive a chip time and finisher's medal, you will not be eligible for age division awards.

Our beautiful course starts at Thorpe Park and climbs the steep urban trail onto Observatory Mesa (where astronomers discovered Pluto) and follows dirt roads on with spectacular views of the San Francisco Peaks. Elevations range between 6957 ft at the start, to 7731 ft near the 7.5 mile mark! Most of the climbing is done over the first 1.25 miles, so pace yourself. If you are from lower elevations, heed the race director's advice and power walk!!!! You will easily make up the time over the rest of the course! The 5K is also on Observatory Mesa. ALL proceeds benefit BBBSF Mentoring Programs that create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

The race is also part of the 22nd annual soon to be announced Flagstaff Running Series value package of five of Flagstaff's most iconic foot races. You can save big on the Series package of races by registering for one-stop shopping at https://runsignup.com/Race/AZ/Flagstaff/FlagstaffRunSeries
