Ben Edusei founded Zone Blue Run Club in Wellington with a simple belief: movement creates community, and community builds resilience.
What started as a small group of runners has grown into a strong Wellington running community, bringing together everyone from complete beginners to athletes chasing personal bests.
Zone Blue is built around showing up, moving together, and creating genuine connection through running. Weekly runs include easy social runs, speed sessions, community runs, and longer Sunday efforts, giving people different ways to take part, whatever their level.
Three years on, Zone Blue has become more than a run club. It is a community built on consistency, connection, wellbeing, and the shared decision to keep showing up.
