BMO Running Club started on the south side of Dublin in summer 2025, when a group of runners decided the city's flat, predictable routes needed disruption. They built BMORC around a single principle: running should feel alive, not obligatory. The crew meets twice weekly, growing steadily from five friends to over forty members across all paces and distances. What binds them is a refusal to treat running as solitary training. Every run becomes a conversation, a chance to move through Dublin's streets with intention and purpose. The signature Thursday tempo session through the Dodder Valley has become legendary among locals, where pace groups stay loose enough to laugh between efforts. BMORC doesn't segregate by speed or experience. A 6-minute-miler runs alongside a 10-minute-miler, and both feel equally valued. Founders emphasize that showing up, not splitting a specific time, defines membership.
