  Running is great, but running while defending a cause is even better! 🌟 In this month of November, the city of Lyon hosts the Testathlon. The Lyon Sud hospital 🏥 mobilizes its branches with the DigestScience Foundation and the hepatogastroenterology department, whew, that's a big word 🥵. They are organizing a charity race to support research on Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBDs). On top of that, they're thinking of everyone 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒, offering several trails: 7 km, 14 km, 21 km timed, a walk of 5 km as well as a children's race of 1 km. With all that, you have options ✨. Plus, 20 years isn't every day, so come blow out the candles for the race! 🎂 One last little tip: still prepare warm clothes, because in the region, November can be unpredictable. Temperatures range between 11° and 4° 🥶, so a neck warmer will definitely be one of the guests 🧣.
