The MyoNeurAlp Muscle Relay

Founded in 2021, ALLEZ ALLEZ Running Club is a close-knit, performance-driven group based in Lyon, uniting about eighteen members who share a passion for medium- and long-distance running. Rooted in the belief that disciplined effort and human connection fuel growth, the club combines rigorous training with a supportive atmosphere, offering tailored sessions that range from moderate to fast paces. Centered at La Madone, members regularly explore scenic routes along the Rhône River and through Parc de la Tête d’Or, immersing themselves in Lyon’s rich history and vibrant city life. As a nonprofit, the club fosters accountability and camaraderie through a subscription model that includes training gear and exclusive event access. ALLEZ ALLEZ enriches Lyon’s dynamic running scene by encouraging collective improvement while preparing for key local races like the Lyon Urban Trail and Marathon de Lyon, reflecting the city’s spirit of community, sport, and outdoor adventure.
