Please note: This is a technical trail event featuring significant elevation gain. There’s a cut off time of 7 hours for all events.
There are no refunds for this event. Event registrations can be transferred to another participant, or you can pay a $19.00 administration fee to transfer your entry to Runningworks Lark Hill Runningworks Party Ultra.
Marathon, Team Marathon & Half runners will receive a finishers medal.

Welcome to the home of Cape to Cape MTB, Australia’s largest and most popular four day MTB stage race. Based in the South West of Western Australia, this iconic riding experience includes access to stunning private trails, vineyard visits, brewery finishes and some of the warmest hospitality the region has to offer.
Starting off with Cape Kids and our Open Invitational Prologue on Wednesday the 14th October at Rider Registration and heading into four day stage race.
Starting the official ride at Cape Leeuwin lighthouse and finishing four days later at Cape Naturaliste, the course makes its way through a network of trails along the coast, through National Parks, forest, farm lands, mountain bike parks, and bush before heading up to the northern cape of the South West WA region.
There’s nothing too technical and it's ridable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness and MTB skills. Check out the course overview.

The Women’s Fun Run and Walk is a non competitive event aimed solely at encouraging women and young girls to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle. Female participants are encouraged to enjoy the event as a social experience meeting other women from the community. This is an interval session and all levels are catered for. ** Thursday nights - same venue 5.45 for 6pm start - a road run/walk joining with the members of the Runners Club covering all distances 3-10km Venue: Starting & Finishing in Queens Gardens, Cobblestone Drive Bunbury. 5km Loop in an anti-clockwise direction General: Please DO NOT attend race if you are UNWELL in any way * This is a Female only event open to Females age 8+ * Electronic timing will be used for the running elements of this event * ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY - NO LATE OR ON DAY ENTRIES * No dogs, No wheels (eg bikes, scooters or skateboards) * Prams welcome * Minimum age for participants is 8yrs for 5km walk/run and 14yrs for 10km run * Parents are responsible for their children while on course * Event packs can be collected on Sat 24th

2026 Perth Duathlon & Runningworks Festival
The Runningworks Event Series is hosting the 2026 Perth Duathlon and the Runningworks Festival at the Champion Lakes Regatta Centre. Champion Lakes is known for being a fast and flat purposed built looped course. It is the ideal location for family and friends to come and support you throughout the day.
This event is sanctioned by Triathlon WA.
6 hours cut off time for all events.
Duathlon 80k, Duathlon 55k & Half Marathon runners will receive a finishers medal.
Prize money will be given to the top three Male & Female finishers in the Perth Duathlon 80k. Including $1000.00 in prize money for the Male & Female Duathlon 80k Champions.
Male & Female prizes & medals for 1, 2 & 3 placings in all other events as well as the Duathlon team relay winners.
Please note there are no refunds for this event. Please note that transfers to next year’s Duathlon won’t be available, as this may be the last year the event runs. We appreciate everyone’s understanding. Event registrations can be transferred to another participant, or you can pay a $19.00 administration fee to transfer your entry. Duathlon participants and runners can transfer their entry into the 2027 Canning River Runningworks Festival.

TEAM

$120 / team (2-3 members)
You can complete one or two legs of the triathlon with 1 or 2 friends.
All three legs of the triathlon (swim, cycle, run) must be filled to register as a team.
Note: The swim is in the SWSC 50m pool. When swimming you can use a pull buoy, and/or snorkel. Swim fins and backstroke will not be permitted in any distance for safety reasons. You are provided with a silicone swim cap which assists with head buoyancy and for water safety (keeps you visible). It is mandatory for this event to wear the supplied swim cap.
Refunds:
A partial refund may be available if you are unable to take part in the event for medical reasons. A full refund is not possible due to administration fees that apply to all participants.
