DOSE Running launched in Perth in September 2019 when founder Scarlett noticed recreational runners were being left behind and left out. Built on the philosophy that dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins are best earned through running, community, and nature, DOSE has grown to around 180 members. The crew draws open-minded, caring people from across Perth who might never have connected otherwise. Every Sunday at 7am, they gather at a new location, and weekday sessions run from Mosman Park to Cottesloe at 6am. No pace is left behind, and every run ends with genuine community.
