A challenge for the truly hardy cold water champions. Each participant will spend 10 minutes in water measured between 10 - 10.9c this will be strictly timed and followed by 10 minutes in the steam room and repeated 10 times. This event is non assisted and is for those that are ready for a skins challenge ONLY.
Fina prescribed bathing suit with no buoyancy or thermal lining, a single silicone cap, goggles (no masks, snorkels, fins, booties, gloves or thermal hoods)
The challenge takes 3.5 hours to complete
We are capping at 40 participants in year one, 20 participants per session

DEVILBEND TRAIL RUN 2026
Devilbend's 50th running
The Mornington Peninsula Athletic Club is delighted to welcome our community to this year's edition of the Devilbend Trail Run on SUNDAY 16 AUGUST 2026.
This year will be the 50th running of Devilbend. We started as a 30km road race in 1976. Then became a half marathon. Finally we turned into a Trail Run. So come celebrate our 50th running of Devilbend.
Note. For those who do their maths, it would have been 51 except for a year of due to Covid!

Whether you're looking for a fun exercise challenge outdoors, wanting to run further or faster than last year, or are looking to dip your toe into the exciting world of trail running - the Devilbend Trail Run is the event for you!
Whatever your fitness goals, come and experience a unique event that explores one of the hidden gems of the Mornington Peninsula, the Devilbend Natural Features Reserve.
Winding its way through the pristine surrounds of the reservoir, our courses travel along the trails and tracks of the reserve, plus a 1.5km gravel road section for the 21.1km run. From grass to gravel, stones, mud and even clay, the course is as versatile as it is challenging, unexpected and fun!
Bring the family and make a day of it exploring the beautiful surrounds, or recuperate at one of the many local cafés or wineries in the region.

Introducing the Yarra River Running Festival at Westerfolds Park, Templestowe on Sunday 23rd August 2026.
Choose your challenge from the 21.1km Half Marathon, 10km, 5km, or the family-friendly 2km Dash.
Set against the stunning trails of the Westerfolds Loop and the winding Yarra River, the day will feature a vibrant event village and an unforgettable race-day atmosphere — perfect whether you’re chasing a PB or soaking up the scenery.
All participants will receive a unique Yarra River finisher’s medal, post-race refreshments, sponsor giveaways, and an online finisher certificate to celebrate the achievement.

This ‘Rollercoaster Recce’ is effectively a self-supported run and you should use it as an opportunity to take all mandatory gear. Treat it like race day, but be aware the on-course support available on race day will not be there for the recce. The Barkin’ Mad Ultra 2026, bought to you by Aus Hair of the Dog Inc., is an ultrarunning festival that celebrates the human animal bond. Dogs running to save dogs. Ultrarunners, let alone trail runners, are a different breed of people. Often the best running companions are those of the canine persuasion.
This event welcomes 400+ runners and walkers to challenge themselves and their four legged friends to collectively raise $30,000+ to support the work done by the Aus Hair of the Dog Inc. and educate on the predicament of the Baw Baw Shire dog shelter.

Aus Hair of the Dog Rescue Inc. is a Victorian based rescue that is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of dogs. Here are a just a few reasons the Barkin' Mad Ultra was established:

Get ready for the 2026 Eltham Fun Run & Walk - bigger and better than ever, and once again proudly supporting the Pat Cronin Foundation!
Come along for our annual 5km and 10km events on Sunday, November 15th, and be part of a great day for fitness, fun, and community spirit.
The course will be the same as previous years, kicking off at the Eltham Leisure Centre. You’ll run or walk through the beautiful parks and trails of Eltham, finishing back at the Leisure Centre where there’ll be a coffee van, sausage sizzle, and heaps of activities to enjoy.
This is a family-friendly event – everyone’s welcome to join in:
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Kids under 5 years old can participate for free!
Prams are allowed, but for safety, we ask that you start at the back of the pack.
Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a leash at all times.

The Run for the Young Marathon is a thrilling date to circle on your Australian running calendar. It's a cherished tradition with over a decade of success, attracting enthusiastic runners from all corners. The marathon is a fantastic family event, welcoming participants of all ages and experience levels. Whether you're joining the 2.5km kids run or tackling the full 42.2km marathon, there's a race for everyone. This friendly, inclusive marathon brings the fun back into fun run! Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Yarra Valley, the Run for the Young Marathon is organised by the Bridge Builders Youth Charity. Every dollar raised from the event goes towards supporting Bridge Builders in their commendable work with young people. You're invited to join us - be it for a leisurely walk, a spirited run, or anything in between. Choose from the 2.5km kids run (for those 12 and under), 5km, 10km, 21.1km half marathon, or the full 42.2km marathon. The marathon course will welcome participants for

The Hallora Marathon Festival is a regional running event designed to foster community engagement and promote physical activity, whilst raising vital funds for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
The event began in 2015 as a marathon, started by Daniel, the
event president, as a meaningful way to support Peter Mac; a cause that is very dear to him.
The Hallora Marathon Festival offers a variety of events designed for all ages and abilities, including run, walk and cycling options.
Western Park in Warragul serves as a lively finish line, with the energy of the spectators motivating participants across the finish line. The event is accompanied by music, MCs, food and drinks, merchandise and so much more!
Our vision is to build community spirit by providing our annual event, where the benefits of active living are encouraged.

Cardinia Fun Run and Walk is back in 2027!
We are thrilled to once again be able to hold the popular 5km run & 10km Run and 5km Walk on Sunday 28th February 2027!
The 2.5km Colour Run was a huge success and will be back for the 2027 event!
Take part in the Cardinia Fun Run and Walk and raise funds for the Cardinia Community Foundation to support vulnerable members of our community.
It will be held at Deep Creek Reserve Pakenham, the track flows through reserve wetlands alongside the golf course and the iconic award-winning all access park & playground.
We welcome runners of all abilities to get laced up, run or walk your best and have fun doing it!
