Join us for an exhilarating cycling event that not only promises an unforgettable day but also makes a significant impact on the health and well-being of our community! Pedalpalooza is a fundraising initiative dedicated to supporting Family Health Partnership Clinic, a lifeline for the uninsured residents in our area.

Pump up those tires, dust off your helmets and embark on a scavenger hunt type journey throughout the county at your pace, start and finish wherever and whenever you like making sure to stop in as many participating establishments along the way! Pedalpalooza is a community-driven event focused on raising funds to ensure that everyone in our community has access to essential routine preventative care, dental care, behavioral mental health services, medications, and more. But also partners with local small businesses to give special discounts, raffles or offers to our Pedalpalooza-ers. Check out some of your favorite places and maybe find a few new ones to patronize! You will receive access to the Goosechase App, a directory of locations, official wristband and Tshirt. You can bike, walk, run, drive- whatever works for you- there is no wrong way to Pedalpalooza.

Why Pedalpalooza? The funds raised during this event will directly benefit our local residents by ensuring that regardless of insurance status or income, healthcare is accessible to everyone! Together, we can make a tangible difference in the health of our neighbors and community!

Race Course travels through city streets and rural areas, course surface is asphalt some hills

Awards to male & female overall winners for both 5K and 10K.

Finishers medals for everyone running 5K or 10K.

There will be NO awards/medals for the 2 mile walk.

Shirts are only guaranteed for those who preregister by May 19th. There will NOT be a second order of shirts this year.

Team Hjorth Real Estate- Keller Williams North Shore West in collaboration with The Boat House of Chicago will be hosting a 5k and a 1 mile Color Fun Run at the BoatHouse of Chicago in Johnsburg, IL 60051. We will also be collaborating with Its Race Time as well to make it a successful timed event. We will also have a coffee/food truck and bathrooms along the route.

The race will be hosted at The BoatHouse of Chicago in Johnsburg, IL so we may involve our local community members in a healthy fun way and participate in raising funds for The Johnsburg High School Skyhawk Football program. We are very excited about the Skyhawk Shuffle and feel it will be an amazing event with many more races in its future.

Walk or run the annual McHenry Lakefront 5K! The Kids Fun Run includes a 50m (ages 3-5) & 100m (ages 6-8) race, so bring out the kids!

Course is chip-timed and USATF certified course. Fee includes t-shirt (while supplies last).

Awards for top overall male & female finisher, along with 1st-3rd place age group male & female finishers. Check-in from 7:00 am - 7:45 am.

Bib/Shirt Pickup - Available Friday from 12 pm - 6 pm at the McHenry Recreation Center, 3636 Municipal Drive, McHenry, or day of the race.

5K Course (all ages) - The course leaves Petersen Park Beach and weaves along the Prairie Trail and through the Lakeland Park neighborhood. Nice, shaded, flat race course!

5K Awards: Award for top overall Male and Female and Medals for Top 3 Male/Female in each category: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, etc to 70 & over

Kids Fun Run Awards: Medals for Top 3 for 50m and 100m. All participants receive a runner medal.
