The Crim Training Program is one of the largest of its kind and is the best way to get moving and stay active with fellow runners and walkers all summer long. The 15-week program is guided by a detailed training calendar and helps you prepare for your Crim 10 Mile, Half Crim 5 mile, or 5K. Groups of all paces meet weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays; morning and evening training groups available!

Want to train for your Crim race wherever you are? Register for one of our "Train Where You Are" virtual training options! You'll follow our proven training calendar from May-August and have access to online support and resources. Those who register for this option will receive their packet in the mail and will not meet weekly with a training group.

Please visit the Crim Training Program on our website to look at groups listed by pace, day and group leader!

Stay tuned as we continue to add potential new groups this year! Can't find a group? Have a question? Email [email protected].
