Lace up your running shoes and kick-off your morning with a 3 mile run or 1 mile walk for a great cause by supporting the Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support at Saint Joseph's University! By participating in the Annual Kinney Walk/Run for Autism you are supporting individuals with autism, their families and students studying to work in the field. Thank you for making a difference!

Race Results: We have enabled the Racejoy app so that your results will immediately upload to our results page, get notifications of what mile you are at and your pace along with cheers. For more details click on the Racejoy option on the race menu. We'll send you directions once the race date approaches.

Race Awards: Divisional medals will be awarded to the 5K only.

We will have both an in person event at the Philadelphia Zoo and a virtual event.

Continued from prior years - You Asked, We Listened!! We are happy to offer Run for the Stripes merchandise for purchase again this year. We had a great response the last several years and we are continuing sales this year as well. You can choose to purchase merchandise at the time of registration, or feel free to come back to our site at any time and visit the 'Store' (click on the tab on the left side of the registration page). Merchandise is also available for purchase on the day of the event. All merchandise ordered by October 1 is guaranteed to be received before November 8th.

We are happy to once again offer RFTS hoodies and t-shirts in youth sizes for order this year. We are offering the ability to order youth sizes ONLINE ONLY in our hoodie and long sleeve t-shirts. We will be purchasing only the amount ordered. All orders must be in by October 1st to be guaranteed to be received before November 7th.

What is a virtual race? You pick the location, distance, and time and it's that easy! Once you register for the virtual event, we will mail you the event t-shirt a week before November 7, 2026. You can choose to run or walk, in an area where you are comfortable and safe.

Please note: You must register by October 1 to be guaranteed to receive your t-shirt for the virtual event by November 7th. Each registrant will receive a race t-shirt, if you register after October 1st, your t-shirt may arrive after the event.

Our goal is to raise awareness and funds for research for neuroendocrine (NET) cancers, a rare and hard to diagnose cancer. Proceeds from the race go to NET research to find better treatment options and hopefully a cure for this rare cancer.

For guaranteed entry, you can join an official charity partner who may have bibs available for fundraisers. The Philadelphia Marathon Weekend has the perfect event for seasoned or first time athletes.

We do not allow the transfer of bibs between individuals.

To people who registered for multiple events:

Registering for two or more events does not automatically enter you into a challenge (Patriot, Independence, Liberty Bell or Freedom).

To participate in a Philadelphia Marathon Weekend challenge, you must have been registered for a challenge and confirmed by July 17, 2026. Anyone not confirmed by that date will not be scored as a challenge participant, even if they are running two or more events.

In-training gear: There is a $15 shipping and handling charge for in-training gear to Canada. All other international in-training orders must be picked up at the Expo.

If you are ordering merchandise or gear, please ensure your shipping address field includes apartment or condo numbers. We cannot ship to incomplete addresses.
