Sharpen the skills that matter most. TRS Skills Labs are focused, two-hour sessions dedicated to the techniques riders struggle with most. Pick your biggest challenge, or complete all three Labs to build confidence and become a more complete rider.

TRS Skills Lab- Cornering & Berms

The fastest way to become a better rider is to corner better. In this two-hour Skills Lab, you'll create an understanding of the techniques that create traction and confidence through every type of turn.

The Ride Series “Cornering Matrix” will allow you to engage the technique in a safe environment while focusing on proper body position and inputs. You'll leave carrying more speed, using less energy, and feeling more in control in every corner.

    You'll work on:

    Body position

    Vision and line choice

    Braking strategy and timing

    Creating traction and maintaining control

    Building speed through corners

    TRS Skills Lab - Drops

Drops SHOULD be intimidating. That’s your brain trying to keep you safe. Relying on instinct is generally what gets people in trouble. Creating proper instincts that will carry you through most drops is what this two-hour Skills Lab will do. It’s designed to help you understand the techniques behind smooth, controlled drop-offs so you can ride them with confidence.

Through progressive features, focused drills, and individualized coaching, you'll develop proper body position, timing, and bike control while learning how to assess features and choose the right approach. Every rider progresses at their own pace in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

    You'll work on:

    Body position and timing

    Footwork to help create stability

    Feature assessment and speed management

    Smooth, controlled landings

Progressing to larger drops as skills improve

    TRS Skills Lab - Jumps

Build the foundation for safe, confident jumping in this two-hour Skills Lab. Rather than chasing bigger airtime, we'll focus on the techniques that make every jump more controlled and consistent.

You'll work through progressive drills with personalized coaching to develop proper takeoff mechanics, body position, and landing technique. By understanding the "why" behind each movement, you'll leave with the confidence and skills to continue progressing long after the session ends.

    You'll work on:

    Takeoff mechanics

    Body position throughout the jump

    Pumping and generating lift

    Bike control

    Smooth, controlled landings

    Progressive feature selection

TRS Skills Lab Combo - Complete all three Labs to build confidence and become a more complete rider.
