Join us for the Burn Boot Camp NWGA 5K, where fitness meets purpose! At Burn Boot Camp, we’re more than just a gym. We’re a community built on empowering individuals to become their strongest, healthiest selves. Our mission is to inspire, support, and transform lives through dynamic workouts, genuine connections, and a commitment to helping people reach their full potential.

This event is a reflection of what Burn is all about: strength, community, and making a difference beyond the gym. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, this 5K is designed for all fitness levels and is a great way to challenge yourself while being part of something bigger.

We’re proud to share that a portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), supporting individuals and families impacted by muscular dystrophy, ALS, and related neuromuscular diseases.

COURSE - This year's race will once again be run on the flat and fast out-and-back route starting on Marietta Street and proceeding westward to the Lucille Creek Trail, then northward and back to the finish line.

South Cobb Arts Alliance will host the 3rd Annual Art at the Springs 5K Fun Run and Walk on Saturday, September 12 at 8 am, held in conjunction with the Art Festival. The course is fun and scenic, with segments in historic downtown Powder Springs and the Lucille Creek Trail paved nature path with a finish line in beautiful Thurman Springs Park. Race will be professionally timed. Walkers are welcome. Rain or shine event, no refunds. All 5K participants will receive a comfortable, high-quality race shirt emblazoned with an original race logo created by an award-winning artist. Shirt size guaranteed if registered by August 26.

The Art at the Springs Festival will begin shortly after the race.

Help us run for a change and grow stronger together! This is the first annual 5k to show support for domestic violence victims during domestic violence awareness month. Proceeds will go to benefit Share House and Shepherds Rest.

Registered runners will receive a CUSTOM Run for a Change: Stronger Together 5K t-shirt, a swag bag full of goodies from our local vendors and sponsors, as well as a custom Run for a Change: Stronger Together finisher medal!

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups:

male 10 & under, female 10 & under

male 11-14, female 11-14

male 15-19, female 15-19

male 20-29, female 20-29

male 30-39, female 30-39

male 40-49, female 40-49

male 50-59, female 50-59

male 60-69, female 60-69

male 70-over, female 70-over

The 1st place overall male and female winner will receive a custom award!

Join us Saturday, November 14th at 8:00am for the 2nd Annual Brookstone 5K, hosted by the Brookstone HOA. We continue the tradition alongside neighbors, family and friends with a day of exercise and fun! Run, walk, go at whatever speed you wish. This is an open event, all those interested are welcome, but please no bicycles, scooters, or powered vehicles of any kind. Proceeds from the race will benefit local running programs.

The first wave of event registration is open now through October 21, 2026. Every participant completing registration before October 21st will be guaranteed a race t-shirt. This allows us enough time to get all shirts ordered and printed for the race. After October 21, 2026, you will not be guaranteed a race t-shirt and any extras we have will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. There will be a second wave registration period starting on October 22, 2026 and ending November 13, 2026.

A family friendly fun run or walk 5K in downtown Powder Springs, GA benefiting Sweetwater Mission. Stabilizing families by preventing hunger and homelessness while transforming Lives through education and employment opportunities since 1968.

Outfits celebrating the season are encouraged. We will also accept canned food items that will help support us supporting those in need in our local community. Registration is $35 and includes an event t-shirt and a pair of bombas socks.

Also any registered runner under the age of 12 who is in need of a winter coat will receive one to keep.

This is a dog friendly event.
