We Walk! Marathon

Like Running or Walking? Love Wine? This race is for you!

Join us on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 9:00am for an exciting new event that features the amazing scenery and landscape of the Parley Lake Winery! Located just west of Minneapolis/St. Paul in the rolling hills of Waconia, they offer a unique setting where art & wine entwine. Whether you are looking to run, walk or just enjoy the wine this race is a sure thing for a great time and an incredible experience! This race is timed and scored by J3 Timing. Results will be posted at www.J3Timing.com.

Tommy's Olympic Speed Walk is an annual joyful event hosted by the BeLikeTommy Project. Our mission as an organization is simple, we exist to bring joy to the lives of others, and this event does exactly that! To ensure all can participate, registration is FREE to all who want to join, and each registrant will receive a FREE shirt when you check in. The walk portion of the event is not about distance or speed, but a short 1.1 mile jaunt open to all ages and abilities to show off your speed walking form!

The Going Bananas Run is the first-of-its-kind fun run where your speed can raise money for charity. Each racer receives their very own banana suit to run in as you make your way through an exciting Twin Cities course. You’d better split though, because after 2 minutes we release “The Gorilla.” “The Gorilla” is our inside man; boy, does he love chasing bananas. Those who beat the gorilla to the finish receive a special prize, and money will be donated to Gold Together for Childhood Cancer. Do you have what it takes to beat “The Gorilla”?

Lake Rebecca Triathlon is located just 30 miles west of downtown Minneapolis at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford, MN. Lake Rebecca is part of the Three Rivers Park District, and provides a beautiful backdrop for a great day of racing and spectating. There are many reasons why Lake Rebecca has continued to be such a popular destination for a triathlon: a clear, clean non-motorboat lake, low traffic county roads with wide shoulders, a beautiful run in the shade of mature trees, parking close to transition and lots of room to roam for spectators and families.
