    Location: Please note due to the current track closure, clinics will be held on Oval 2 at Sydney Academy of Sport - Narrabeen. Keep an eye out for the MELGT banner.

    Children to bring water bottle, snacks and sunscreen, spikes are optional.

    The Kuringgai Chase is a community fun run and carnival offering a 10km and 5km fun run, a 5km walk and a 2km dash. The course takes in the leafy streets of Wahroonga starting and finishing at Claude Cameron Grove.

    Take on the challenge of “Kokoda Hill” and enjoy amazing views over the Ku-Ring-Gai National Park. The 2km course offers a fun and flat race for all levels.

    The Kuringgai Chase is an inclusive family event that suits all ages and abilities for individuals and teams and is a collaboration between the Special Olympics Sydney Upper North Shore Club, Ku-ring-gai Council, Knox Grammar School, and local supporters and sponsors.
