Kirribilli Runners
Kirribilli Runners started in May 2006 when Dave Holmes gathered people who wanted company on the road, not competition. Based at the foot of the Harbour Bridge in Sydney, the crew built something deliberately free and open to all paces. Around 100 runners from across the city show up twice a week, mixing locals and newcomers in an atmosphere that's warm and genuinely welcoming. Kirribilli Runners believe running is better when it brings people together rather than sorting them by speed. Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm in Milsons Point, with the Harbour Bridge overhead and the Opera House in view, anyone can just turn up and run.
