    USAT INFORMATION

    All multisport participants must have an active USAT Membership that has not expired before the conclusion of each registered event and must follow all USAT rules and guidelines.     • Helmets/Chin straps must be worn securely fastened at all times while in possession of your bike. This means before, during, and after the event. This also means from the time you remove your bike from the rack at the start of the bike leg, until after you have placed your bike on the rack at the finish of the bike leg.

    • Verbal or physical abuse of others is not acceptable or tolerated. Participants shall refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct at all times while at the event and during competition, including the use of abusive language; violent acts; intentional misconduct; or any intimidating behavior directed toward, including but not limited to participants, officials, event staff, volunteers and spectators.

    Participants will receive a limited edition event t-shirt, lite bites before the race, meet and greets with one of our residents & a sample cup for our beer garden with local breweries to taste. T-shirts are while supplies last, after pre-registration dates. Pre-register by Tuesday, September 1st to guarantee your event t-shirt.

    Participants not wanting to race but take part in the beer garden, tickets are available for $20.

    Your registration & fundraising helps support Cedar Run’s mission of wildlife rehabilitation, environmental education & habitat preservation.

    Pre-registration will end on Wednesday, 9/23/26 at midnight. Day of race registration will be open from 8am-9am on Saturday, 9/26/26.

    Join us for Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge's annual 5k Trail Run & Beer Garden! Run or walk our exclusive trail for this event only. Water & light bites will be provided for racers, as well as event t-shirts and towels (while supplies last after pre-registration).

(The race will begin in the Indian Mills Memorial School parking lot, then turn left on Old Indian Mills Road, left on Grassy Lake, left on Stokes Road, left on Oakshade, and a left onto Old Indian Mills Road, and finish in the Indian Mills Memorial School parking lot. The 5k race will be electronic chip timed with combined start and finish lines.
