PACKET PICKUP / REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registration is digital. There are no paper applications nor is cash accepted. Everyone must sign up online. Online registration closes at the start of the race. Please have the following items easily accesible to maintain the efficiency and speed of Packet Pickup:

  • Required: Athletes may only pick up their own packets. Under no circumstances may an athlete pick up a packet for another person.

  • Required: Proof of ID

  • Required for Annual Members Only: USAT Membership ID

  • Optional: Email Confirmation Bar Code per registrant (Printed or Digital) to scan

6:30 am - 7:30 am - Check-in, Packet Pickup, and Race-Day Registration online only if available (prices increased)

7:30 am - Pre-race briefing at Transition Area, after the briefing we will require ALL SWIMMERS to cross over the Swim timing mat before we can start the race

8:00 am - Olympic Races start (waves based on # of entrants)

~8:30 am - Sprint Races start (waves based on # of entrants)

Swim in the beautiful Atsion fresh water lake, bike on flat and fast country roads surrounding the lake, & run mostly off-road through the woods on trails. The bike course is the same for all events.

  • Transfers, Deferrals, and Refunds are only allowed through Runsignup as specified, no exceptions

USAT INFORMATION

All multisport participants must have an active USAT Membership that has not expired before the conclusion of each registered event and must follow all USAT rules and guidelines. If you are not already a member, when registering for each individual event you will be prompted to become a member and pay the respective membership fee.

Common Rules and Information

  • ALL athletes are required to show photo ID. NO ID, NO RACE, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Youth (17 and under) athletes without an ID must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with a photo ID

  • Annual members are required to bring their membership card every time they compete in a USAT Sanctioned event.

  • You can download and print out a temporary membership card: https://membership.usatriathlon.org/Member/ViewMemberCard

  • Athletes may only pick up their own packets. Under no circumstances may an athlete pick up a packet for another person.

  • No drafting: a maximum of 15 seconds will be allowed to complete a pass through the draft zone of another athlete

  • Headphones are prohibited

  • No riding in transition at any time

  • Helmets/Chin straps must be worn securely fastened at all times while in possession of your bike. This means before, during, and after the event. This also means from the time you remove your bike from the rack at the start of the bike leg, until after you have placed your bike on the rack at the finish of the bike leg.

  • Verbal or physical abuse of others is not acceptable or tolerated. Participants shall refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct at all times while at the event and during competition, including the use of abusive language; violent acts; intentional misconduct; or any intimidating behavior directed toward, including but not limited to participants, officials, event staff, volunteers and spectators.

    Looking for a great way to start your multisport season? Looking to get to know some of your fellow athletes in a cool unique venue? Look no further! We've got everything you're looking for at Medford Lakes!

    All campers will receive a comp code good for one free race at Sunday's Medford SwimFest on 4/26.

    This spring camp includes swim/bike/run coaching, accommodations, meals, and sag support for designated bike rides. You'll have the option to stay at group camp after workouts to exchange war stories by the campfire. Plus, you don't need to lift a finger after a hard day of training. We've got it all covered.

    Sample itinerary:

    Thursday:

    12 Noon - Check into your cabins and settle into your accommodations. Meet and greet with the other campers.

    1PM - Lunch @ mess hall

    2:30PM - Easy no drop ride with some technical tips. Followed immediately by a transition run on unpaved roads throughout the camp.

    5PM - Open water swim at Lake Stockwell. Put on and remove your wetsuit and learn some basics for early season swimming.

    6:30PM - Dinner @ mess hall

    Friday:

    7AM - Early morning run

    8AM - Breakfast @ mess hall

    10AM - "Long" ride - Break into groups based on speed and distance.

    2PM - Lunch @ mess hall

    4PM - Group activity such as archery, climbing wall, and other fun camp options.

    6:30PM - Dinner @ mess hall

    Saturday:

    8AM - Breakfast @ mess hall

    9AM - Swim clinic @ Lake Stockwell

    1PM - Lunch @ mess hall

    We are excited to announce that Lucky Paws Animal Assistance is hosting its 6th Annual "Wag through the Pines" Doggie Walk/Run to raise funds for the welfare of unwanted, mistreated, and neglected animals. The event will be held at the beautiful White Horse Winery at 106 Hall St., Hammonton, NJ, on Saturday, April 25th, starting at 11 am.

    -We will have music, vendors, a food truck, photos with your pet, and a 50/50 raffle at the event. For participants who are 21 years of age or older, registration includes a complimentary glass of wine and a glass to take home! After the race, you can sit back, relax, enjoy the courtyard with your pet, shop at our vendor tables, and listen to music. We will also have games set up in the courtyard for your enjoyment!

    -You can participate in either walk/run event with your 2- or 4-legged family members, but please remember that your pets must always be leashed, and NO RETRACTABLE leashes are allowed. Strollers are allowed, but please know that most of the race will occur through the vineyards.

    -Participants registering by March 25, 2026, will get a Wag through the Pines t-shirt and a bandana for their pet. Those registering after won't receive t-shirts, as orders must be placed by then.

    -Friends, family, and supporters are all welcome to cheer you on from the sidelines. It’s a fun day for everyone, so please spread the word about our event!

    -Start a fundraiser today and not only will you be making a positive impact, but if you raise over $150.00, you'll also have your registration fee waived! It's a win-win situation that allows you to contribute to a great cause while saving money. Don't hesitate, start your fundraiser now and make a difference!

    *Please note that if you plan to attend the event, you need to arrive BEFORE 10 am to check in and collect a packet. The event will start promptly at 11 am, and the course will be closed once the 11 am wave is over. The event offers a 1 Mile Walk or 3 Mile Walk/Run through the vineyards. Participants are welcome to run or walk for the 3-mile option, but there won't be a timekeeper.

    -We will also be collecting donations at this event! Please feel free to bring unopened cat or dog food that will be donated to Kibble Cupboard this year! Please visit them on the web, social media or at their table to see the wonderful local work they do!

    -Children under 3 years old and all pets are FREE to enter the event!

    Thursday at Noon - Medford Triathlon Camp begins.

    Thursday at midnight - Online registration for SwimFest closes

    Sunday 9AM - 800m Swim Start

    Sunday 9:45AM - 1600m Swim Start // SwimRun Start

    Sunday 11AM - 2400m Swim Start

    Sunday 12PM - Awards ceremony

    Swim Course: The swim course will be an 800 meter course. Click HERE for the Course Map.

    800 meter race: complete one lap

    1600 meter race: complete two laps

    SwimRun - 2 laps of swim course, 1 lap of 5K run course.

    2400 meter race: complete three laps

    Participants will not get out of the water in between laps. Participants will get out of the water only after their last lap of the swim and finish on land. See course map for more details.

    Start: The first race will be the 800 meter event. The second race is the 1600 meter swim, concurrent with the SwimRun. The third and final swim will be 2400 meters. Each race will begin as scheduled, however swimmers who have not completed their event before the next race begins will be allowed to finish and will not be pulled from the water. This will be an in water start, wave format. You can combine events! You are eligible for awards for each individual event you compete in but will only get one swag bag. All three events combined is a total of 4,800 meters (3 miles). Each race will be allowed a 10 minute warm up near the start area.

    Timing: This event will be professionally chip timed! We will be providing race day results on our race page after you finish your race. We will also provide a web link to results that you can share with your family and friends so they can follow your race on their web devices.

    Course Support: We will have water at the finish line. We will also have food items at the finish line for volunteers and participants only.

    Event Rules: All must wear the provided swim cap with bib # written on the cap. Wetsuits will be allowed if water temps are below 78.0 degrees. Wetsuits are recommended during April since water temperatures are usually in the 60’s. Fins are not permitted. Athletes that do not complete the course must visit race officials at the finish line to check in and return their timing chip. If you do not complete your event before the next race starts you will be allowed to finish and will not be pulled from the water.

    Custom overall and age group awards will be given to the top 3 M/F in each classification - overall and 10 year age increments.

    We will follow the USAT Wetsuit rule of 78º temperature threshold. Water temperature is likely to be below 78º at this time of year, and therefore will most likely be wetsuit legal.

    When you arrive, check in at our table, take a swim cap, and have your number marked. New Wave Swim Buoys may be worn by racers (your choice of color).

    Prevention Plus of Burlington County is proud to host the 4th Annual Lace Up Against Stigma 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk in partnership with the Lenape High School SADD club and Lenape High School Wellness Center. This a cross-country style route for the those participating the in 5k while the 1 mile participants will be on the track with a DJ and various vendor tables.

    The goal of this event is to reduce and eliminate stigmatized thinking around substance use disorder and mental health issues. A stigma free approach empowers individuals and family members to access the care and support they deserve without shame or guilt. Proceeds of this fundraiser will benefit Burlington County community members by helping fund evidence-based prevention education programs throughout the county. Prevention Plus will also make a donation to the Lenape SADD Club in support of their efforts to encourage healthy decision making among youth.

    We are very excited to host this Family Fun Run/Walk. Join us to support your fitness, crush your goals, or just have fun running or walking and at the same time help us Lace Up Against Stigma and support mental health and substance use disorder recovery!

    Bring your family and friends and save money! When you register create a group/team or join an existing group/team. When you get to 5 member on your group/team, all will get a $5 discount.

    Race day registration will be available online through Run Signup. Race shirts will be available on a first come, first served basis for race day registration.
