Preview Run Schedule

🥾 First Wave – 6:00 AM

Distance: ~10K loop

Pace: Any

Perfect for early risers and those looking to log multiple loops.

The Race Director (or an assistant) will lead the first loop, then you're free to repeat it or explore on your own.

🏃 Second Wave – 9:00 AM

Both groups run the same ~10K loop but at different paces:

Group 1 (5:00–14:00 min/mile): Led by Peter Kozlowski

Group 2 (>14:00 min/mile): Led by Chris Cain from Pro Bike + Run (Robinson)

Note: This is a group run – no course markings. We’ll stick together and keep it social.

What to Expect

Come preview parts of the 2026 Hell Hath No Hurry course in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. Whether you're new to trail running or a returning HHNH veteran, this is a great way to scout the terrain, meet fellow runners, and get your feet dirty (literally).

Fast, Flat, Out & Back Course on the Panhandle Trail in Oakdale. Chip timed by Miles of Smiles Timing.

First 150 participants that sign up will receive a commemorative coffee mug. Double Swag options will get a coffee mug and pint glass.

Post Race Party Includes:- A pint of Craft Beer (your choice) from Helicon Brewing and a Food Truck food voucher from Pittsburgh Hummus Food Truck to all participants. F There is a chance the Food Truck may change.

Awards Top 3 Overall Male & Female, Top Masters Male & Female. Top 3 in each age groups Male & Female: 19- Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49. 50-59. 60 & over.

Hosted by the PA Tourette Syndrome Alliance Inc. which provides information, education, support and disability advocacy for individuals with Tourette syndrome and their family members.

Race will be on the Panhandle Trail, Collier Twp. near Walkers Mill Rd. entrance. Extra parking at Collier Municipal Lot.

Race registration starts at 8 am. 5k starts at 9 am and 1 mile starts at 9:10

Awards for 5K--1st, 2nd & 3rd overall for both male and female. First place finisher awards in male/female for the following age categories: Under 14, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Please join us for TJHS Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy's 3rd Annual 5K on Corrigan Drive in South Park. The start of the race will be at the corner of Corrigan Dr. and 100 Acres. We will have a Chinese auction, 50/50 raffle and food to purchase at the Montour Pavilion (right off of 100 Acres). Anne's Army 5K is a fundraiser to raise money for a family whose mother is battling Stage 4 breast cancer. Please help this family battle their medical bills as Anne fights this serious illness.

Parking is available across Corrigan Drive at the Ice Skating Rink and there is a parking lot at the bottom of 100 Acres. The 5K will be timed by Miles of Smiles. We had over 200 registered runners/walkers last year! We'd love to have even more this year!

The Chasing Chad's Recovery 5K is a fundraiser to raise money for a family whose father was suddenly diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome. He has been incapable of working since November. Please help this family battle their medical bills as Chad recovers from Guillain Barre Syndrome!
