This "all pavement" Family duathlon (run/bike/run) is a blast for families, with a race distance for everyone! The race starts at Kincaid Park near the chalet, at the top of the Coastal Trail with a run around the old biathlon loop on paved trails. The transition area is near the start/finish line followed. Racers will bike around the new biathlon range loop, followed by one final run around the old biathlon loop. This duathlon is the only on pavement duathlon in Alaska.
NEW: Please note, our adult wave is back with a NEW weekly run course announced at the event on trails, where you can expect an approx. 1.5-2mile loop! Our teens will run on the same course as the adults!
WHO: Kids ages 4 up through Adults!
WHERE: Kincaid Park, start is at the top of the Coastal Trail behind the chalet, in Anchorage, Alaska.
WHEN: April 28, May 5th, May 12th, 2026. See time table and distances below!
WHAT: Running & Biking multi-sport race! Any kind of bike is welcome. Kids will have a specific transition area where they can lay their bike down on the ground OR use a kickstand.
SWAG: Sign up by April 1st to ensure you will received a FREE race t-shirt. After April 1st, t-shirts will be limited to the first come, first served with all remaining t-shirt stock. We also will have custom race bibs & NEW Spring Duathlon finisher medals for all!

Tie breakers will be determined by the athlete with the fastest overall time of the 3 races.
