The Good Work Gang arrived in Cleveland in July 2025 with a philosophy stripped to its core: men showing up for each other, both on the road and in life. Founded on the principle of no egos and just good work, the crew has grown into a multicultural, multigenerational community united by accountability and personal growth. Every Sunday at 8:30 AM, members gather at Steelyard Commons for the Run Buddy Run, a half-marathon-distance effort at a moderate pace where the crew runs together from start to finish. Health, discipline, and the standard they set together define The Good Work Gang, a crew open to all men committed to the work.
