Endurance sports organizations in Rome

Cani Sciolti Running Team started in Rome in 2016. The name means "Unleashed Dogs" and reflects their goal of running without strict rules. Four friends founded the group, which now has over 50 members who take part in races in Italy and other countries. They also run the X-Solid Sport Lab, which offers other sports and helps build a local athletic community.

Community Run

Founded in December 2021, Souplesse has quickly become a friendly running community in Rome. Embracing a philosophy of running “at a natural pace, showing no signs of effort,” the group focuses on camaraderie and enjoyment rather than competition, inviting runners of all levels to join. Their runs wind through Rome’s famous landmarks like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and along the Tiber River, mixing the city’s rich history with lively modern culture. Beyond running, Souplesse fosters community through social events that build friendships. This inclusive group stands out in Rome’s running scene by creating a lively, supportive environment where laughter and shared passion bring together locals and newcomers alike.
