Endurance sports organizations in Taipei

Founded in January 2025 by Allen, Scofield, and Abby, WRC is a Taipei-based running crew that combines movement with cultural exploration. Allen, originally from Changhua, Taiwan, was inspired by Taipei’s ever-changing energy and vibrant artistic scene, shaping WRC into a community where running intersects with lifestyle. With an inclusive, free membership, the crew welcomes all skill levels through diverse pace groups and distances. Regular runs wind through Taipei’s parks, temples, and lively neighborhoods, often starting or ending at local cafes, turning each outing into a shared cultural experience. WRC’s founders emphasize connection, openness, and discovery, encouraging members to experience the city’s unique rhythm—from daytime markets to bustling night scenes—while fostering a strong sense of belonging. As part of Taipei’s broader running community, WRC also participates in local races and charity events, strengthening community bonds and celebrating the city’s dynamic spirit with every step.
