Endurance sports organizations in Makassar

Jukueja Runners is one of the oldest and most culturally important running communities in Makassar, Indonesia. Founded in January 2012, they are a pioneering group dedicated to blending the modern sport of running with a unique "nuance of local wisdom." Their name itself pays homage to the city's heritage. As a community open to everyone, they have played a key role in cultivating a running culture that is genuinely and proudly connected to its local environment.

Community Run

South Side Run Crew (SSRC) is the original and pioneering urban running crew of Makassar, Indonesia. Founded in April 2016 by a group of four friends, they were created to bring the modern run crew movement to their hometown. Their philosophy is perfectly captured in their clever and welcoming motto, "May The Pace Be With You." They are a community that doesn't care if you run slow or fast; the only goal is to enjoy the run, the city lights, and the company of others.
