Zagreb Runners was born in May 2015 when four friends, Sven, Domi, Mia, and Neven, decided their city needed a different running culture. What started as a Nike Run Club became something more permanent and community-focused. Today, the crew sits at around 30 members strong, blending competitive racers with newcomers, weekday commuters with weekend adventurers. The philosophy is simple: running is better together, whether you're chasing a personal record or discovering your pace for the first time. Three times a week, the crew laces up for routes through Maksimir Park, along the Sava river bank, and around Jarun Lake. Post-run beers and shared meals keep the bonds tight.
