Ponteland Tri is the triathlon section of Ponteland Runners. The club currently offers many different run sessions and has adult swim sessions on Wednesday evening at 8.15pm (club coached sessions). The club offers junior training from 3.30-5pm on Sundays. Adult run sessions operate throughout the week with main sessions being Wed 7-8pm, Tue 7-8pm, Monday 7-8pm and Sunday morning long runs.
