Small club of approx 30 people based around Loughton in Essex. Main club event is Saturday am coached swim and then club members meet up for other training during week but not organised by the club.

Roding Valley Tri Club is based in Essex with members covering Essex, Hertfordshire and London. We are a friendly club and encourage participation from complete beginners to GB Age Groupers. Our aim is to encourage and nurture members through high quality coaching, a supportive membership and plenty of fun.
