When Steffen looked at Magdeburg's flat terrain in January 2024, he saw not a limitation but an invitation. Trust Running Community was born from a simple conviction: the region needed trail culture, and elevation gain could be found if you knew where to look. Around 60 runners now gather via WhatsApp for irregular Sunday sessions, bound less by pace than by the shared hunger to explore. From 10K loop runners to ultra dreamers, they've transformed a landscape many runners dismiss into a laboratory for creative adventure. The crew organized the Kreuzhorst Ultra and continues building regional running projects that prove Magdeburg's geography is feature, not flaw.
