Bad Habits Run Club emerged from Asphaltgold in January 2024 when curious outsiders kept knocking on the door, wanting in. What started as an informal gathering in Darmstadt has grown into a crew that doesn't apologize for its contradictions. Founded on the belief that balance is everything, Bad Habits Run Club welcomes all paces, zero pressure. Every Thursday at 19:00, runners of every level meet to chase routes that alternate between Darmstadt and Frankfurt, drawn not by finish times but by the easy, welcoming energy that defines each run. Here, good habits and bad ones happily share the same week, rooted in sneaker culture and genuine community spirit.
