The Food Runners are a unique and vital running community that has been bringing together Toronto’s hospitality industry since 2014. More than just a run club, their goal is to promote better mental health through community, running, and a shared love of food. Made up of chefs, industry professionals, and food enthusiasts, they host a weekly run every Wednesday morning from a different local restaurant or cafe. They offer an open and friendly space for newcomers, supported by partnerships with brands like On and Smart Serve Ontario.
