Pombo took flight in May 2024 when PE professional Wesley Amorim decided São Caetano do Sul needed a running crew built on freedom, safety, and joy. Around 150 runners of all paces now gather every Tuesday night, united by a philosophy that's beautifully simple: easy pace, long flight. For Pombo, running is self-care, community is fuel, and the real magic happens when people move together with music and mutual support.
