Narcisa Finnila - 2025 LOS
The 2024 Clint Eastwood was run in the worst conditions we've experienced at the venue. We had it colder, and we've had heavier rain, but not throughout the event, sporadically from start to finish.
Given those conditions, the 43-hour total achieved by Narcisa Finnila is quite something. The track deteriorated throughout Saturday and into the early hours of Sunday morning and credit must be given to the last 16 runners who managed to dig in a little and get a strong group over the 24 hour mark.
Not only is Narcisa our first female to take the overall win, it's also her third win in a row (currently . For some perspective, 43 hours bests the results of the first three Clint Eastwood events, won by Kevin Muller (x2) and Ryan Crawford.
Narcisa had plenty left in the tank and was aiming for a 52-hour PB, but, as ever, the LOS winner is the only athlete on the day left wondering how far they could of gone.
We can't wait for 2026!

This shift means more energy, more atmosphere, and more connection, from the youngest goats in Billy the Kid to the endurance challenge of the famous Surefoot. With the ever popular Hightail as your entry point to the trails completing the line-up, the entire herd will share the same trails, the same finish line, and the same festival spirit.
The Mt Coot-Tha Trail Festival will be a true gathering of trail runners: inclusive, adventurous, and inspiring.
