The post-race celebration includes an award ceremony, raffle baskets, 50/50, lunch, and community celebration. Top male and female finishers will have their name engraved on the Patti J. Nelson Foundation Trophy to be enjoyed for years. There will be prizes for the top 3 male and female finishers and for the top 3 age group finishers. Every participant also has an opportunity to win a door prize.

The Patti J. Nelson Foundation honors the life and legacy of Patti Nelson by supporting the Evans City Public Library. The Evans City Public Library acts as a cornerstone in our local community and is a resource for those in Callery, Evans City Borough, Forward Township and more. In addition to typical library activities, the library offers reliable high-speed internet, story hours, community events, workshops, a place to gather and so much more. Governmental agencies provide operating costs for only half the year. The Patti J. Nelson Foundation, in addition to donations and fundraising events, helps allow the library to keep its doors open year-round.
