Frame Run Club launched in October 2024 as a simple idea rooted in FRAME's ethos of staying active. What began as quiet after-work runs near Dubai Design District has grown into a community built on consistency over intensity and movement over competition. Founded with zero ego and open to everyone, Frame Run Club brings together runners who understand that the real work happens when you show up, week after week, with others who get it. Every Wednesday at 19:30, they gather at Selectshop FRAME for a 5K social run that transforms the end of the work week into something meaningful. This is running stripped down to its essence, no pressure, no racing, just the frame that holds life together.
