The program’s focus is on having participants develop skills that are basic to MTB, BMX, and Road, in a controlled, off-road, off-trail setting such as a sports field or parking lot. The event is based out of Kelso Conservation Area, with the swim and run routes all within the park and the bike on local roads. Please note that due to road construction and changes in the area, that there will be some changes to the bike and run courses. The sprint courses will be: 750m Swim, 29km Bike and 5km Run.
