A FUNdraiser for the Templeton Recreation Department put on joinly with the Templeton Recreation Foundation.
Family friendly event. Tshirts are guarantedd for all participants signing up before June 8.
The Templeton REC Foundation (TRF) is a registered nonprofit (501 (c) 3) that assists in bridging the gap for the Templeton Recreation Department. Our mission is to focus public attention on parks and recreation programs, facilities and services and stimulate gifts, endowments, and bequests to develop and maintain parks, sports fields.

You will complete 2 loops of the following section:
Marquita Ave. / Ramada Dr. /
Cow Meadow Pl. / Bison Ct. / La Cruz Way
First Loop:
Follow the course through Marquita Ave., Ramada Dr., Cow Meadow Pl., Bison Ct. and La Cruz Way.
When you reach the La Cruz Way & Marquita Ave intersection, GO LEFT to begin your second loop.
Second Loop:
Complete the same course again.
When you reach the La Cruz Way & Marquita Ave. intersection for the second time, GO RIGHT t head back to BarrelHouse Brewing Co.
Volunteers in orange vests will be stationed along the route to assist you if needed.

Ryan’s Ranch Run is a community-driven 5K, 10K, and Kids Mile hosted at the breathtaking Thousand Hills Ranch in Pismo Beach—Ryan Teixeira’s family ranch and the heart of his legacy. This unique event blends scenic running routes with a meaningful mission, raising funds for Central Coast Athletics Foundation (CCAF) and 17 Strong, an organization founded in Ryan’s honor to provide Victory Trips to young adults battling life-threatening illness.
Runners and walkers of all ages take on a mixed-terrain course with rolling hills and the spirit of community all around. Race day begins with the inspiring 17 Strong Victory Lap, followed by the Kids Mile and the 5K/10K races. After crossing the finish line, participants enjoy a lively festival with live music, local vendors, delicious food, raffle prizes, and family-friendly fun.
Ryan’s Ranch Run isn’t just a race—it’s a celebration of resilience, community, and giving back. Each step supports two impactful nonprofits and helps continue Ryan’s legacy of strength, joy, and living life to the fullest.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just love to walk and take in the scenery, SKECHERS Wicked Wine Run is for you! Each course will be held on beautiful properties or various partner vineyards across the country giving you a rare opportunity to view and tour a vineyard like no other. With the option to choose between a 1K or 5K course, or both, there’s something for everyone. Along the 1K course, you’ll find four sampling stations where you can enjoy world-class wines from the partner vineyard. And if you complete the 5K course, there will be a complimentary glass of wine waiting for you at the finish line.
Enjoy access to our post event party where you can enjoy the tunes of a live DJ, eat some delicious food from our food trucks, purchase more wine and play “that’s when we became best friends” games, creating the perfect atmosphere for an evening out with your friends and loved ones. Thanksgiving Day Family 5k Fun Run / Walk
Check-in and bib pick-up will start Wednesday, November 25th at the Cayucos Pier from 2-4pm. Each registered participant will have an assigned bib number and Thanksgiving-themed running socks, while supplies last.
On race day, check-in will begin at 7:15am. We are set to start at 8:30am so be sure to give yourself enough time. Dogs, strollers, and kiddos on scooters are all welcome.
All proceeds will equally benefit Cayucos Elementary School and the California Association of Highway Patrolman Widows & Orphans' Trust Fund.
