In 2026, the Mountain Goat Trail Series evolves into the Mt Coot-Tha Trail Festival. A one day celebration of trail running, community, and adventure. After years of spanning three days over three months, we’re bringing every race and every runner together for a single, unforgettable day.
This shift means more energy, more atmosphere, and more connection, from the youngest goats in Billy the Kid to the endurance challenge of the famous Surefoot. With the ever popular Hightail as your entry point to the trails completing the line-up, the entire herd will share the same trails, the same finish line, and the same festival spirit.
