Join us for the 6th Annual Dylan's Dash!

This 5K Cross Country Run/Walk is a fun way to help raise funds for Type 1 Diabetes awareness.

As part of Caskeys Campground's Annual Family Fun Day, this event will also help meet the goal of educating the community through awareness of what Type 1 Diabetes is and the challenges to those who struggle with this disease.

The day features inflatables, face painting, food trucks, snow cones, swimming, a DJ at the lake, and many other fun surprises for the community to enjoy. Plan to come and enjoy Dylan's Dash with family and friends. After the race is over, stick around for a day of Family Fun and enjoy all that Caskeys Campground has to offer!

The Caskeys are personally affected by Type 1 Diabetes as Dylan, their third son out of five, was diagnosed in April 2017. Andrea wanted to do more than just question why this happened. She wanted a purpose behind their journey and therefore, she founded Purpose Through The Pain. The mission of this organization is to spread awareness about Type 1 diabetes, offer encouragement to Type 1 diabetics and their families, and help them alleviate the costs associated with T1D. Andrea greatly looks forward to speaking with you and welcomes suggestions on making this day a huge success for the city and also for the Type 1 diabetics and families of those conquering their diagnosis!

We thank you in advance for your support and look forward to sharing the day with you!
