Join us on Saturday 22nd Marc for an Easter-themed, family-friendly 2.5k/5K run (or walk!) at the beautiful Conyngham Hall in Knaresborough. Open to all ages and abilities, this scenic route follows the much-loved parkrun course alongside the River Nidd.
Whether you're chasing a PB or enjoying a springtime stroll with friends, every step helps raise vital funds for St John Ambulance, supporting our lifesaving work in local communities.

Situated just 5 minutes from Sheffield City Centre, Owlerton Greyhound Stadium is the perfect night out for partygoers, couples, families and companies looking for an action packed, fun night out with multiple dog races.
Your ticket gives you entry, a race card and a FREE drink from the bar. Refreshments are also available from the snack bar.
Children, under 18, are welcome and will be charged £1 on the gate.

Parking is available on site for a small charge, Gates open at 5pm
The first race is typically at 6:26pm with the last race at 9:33pm
Live entertainment are held after the racing concludes upstairs in the main bar.

Two, out of shape, middle-aged men had a disagreement as to who would win in a 100m race. Mind you both of these guys are not particularly strong runners or well suited to a race like this. Nonetheless, commonsense shouldn't get in the way of a good old fashioned pub bet! Naturally, people got interested in placing bets against one or the other. Our idea is to collect that money and donate it to a charity of the winner's choice! So, are you going to bet for the affable, nice American... or the mean, curmudgeon Brit?
About the racers:
Matt Bruner - 44 years old, 6' tall, 210 lbs. Used to be a competitive runner a decade and 20 lbs ago!
Aaron McWilliams - 41 years old, 5'9" tall, 200 lbs. Used to play football, still a cocky prick.
